What this KDP PDF checker checks

Choose a paperback interior PDF and the checker reads the file locally in your browser. It does not send the PDF to KDP Maker’s server.

• Checks whether each page uses a consistent size.
• Compares the first page with common KDP trim sizes, including common full-bleed dimensions.
• Counts the interior pages and flags counts outside broad paperback bounds.
• Reports the measured page size and likely trim match.

What it cannot check

• It does not inspect cover wraps, spine width, text, fonts, image resolution, margins, or the artwork’s actual bleed.
• Paperback page-count limits vary with trim size, ink, and paper; confirm your exact print options in KDP.
• A passing result does not guarantee Amazon acceptance. Upload your final files to KDP Print Previewer and resolve any issues it reports.
