Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of KDP Maker (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use KDP Maker and to purchase a subscription or credits. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep your email accurate and secure.

Service

KDP Maker provides tools to create, edit, and export low-content books for self-publishing platforms such as Amazon KDP. Output uses a single KDP-oriented print pipeline. We do not guarantee that Amazon or any other platform will accept your files, that any book will sell, or that AI-generated artwork or text will be error-free. You must review every page and cover before you publish.

Subscriptions, credits & billing

Paid plans, renewals, and credit packs are billed by our merchant of record, Paddle. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. Cancel anytime in the billing portal; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.

Each account may have one active subscription at a time. Choosing a new plan replaces the previous subscription record for your account. You may also buy one-time credit packs while subscribed.

Credits are a usage allowance for generation, regeneration, and export as shown in the app. Plan credits are added when that plan's payment succeeds for the billing period you purchased (monthly or annual). Annual plans receive the yearly credit allotment with the annual payment—not as separate monthly top-ups. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not redeemable for money. Unused credits are not refunded when a subscription ends or is cancelled.

Subscription payments are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details, including in-app credit returns when a generation fails due to a system fault.

Your content

You retain rights to books you create. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate the Service. You represent that you have the right to use any prompts and materials you submit and that your published works comply with Amazon KDP content guidelines and applicable laws. Amazon KDP is a trademark of Amazon.com, Inc.; we are not affiliated with Amazon.

Acceptable use

Do not use KDP Maker for illegal content, hate speech, infringement of others' rights, malware, or attempts to bypass usage limits or payment systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. AI-generated output may contain errors, artifacts, or unexpected results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KDP Maker is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages arising from your use of the Service.
