Refund Policy

Summary

KDP Maker is a digital service. Subscription payments are not refundable. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals. This page explains that rule, how cancellation works, and when unused generation credits may be returned to your in-app balance (which is not a payment refund). No refunds on subscriptions

Monthly, annual, and any other subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, credits against future invoices, or prorated refunds for:

• Unused time remaining in a billing period
• Unused credits included with a plan (including annual allotments)
• Downgrades, plan changes, or cancellations mid-cycle
• Dissatisfaction with AI output, sales results, or Amazon KDP acceptance
• Accounts closed for violation of our Terms of Service

When you subscribe, you authorize Paddle to charge the recurring fee until you cancel. Payments already collected are final.

How to cancel

Cancel from the billing portal linked in Settings or Credits. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You keep access and remaining plan credits until then. After the period ends, the subscription does not renew and unused credits are not paid out as money.

Credit packs

One-time credit (recharge) purchases are digital goods delivered to your account when payment succeeds. They are not refundable once credits are added to your balance, except where we are legally required to offer a refund.

Failed generations (in-app credits)

If a generation, regeneration, or export fails because of a system fault on our side, credits reserved or charged for that job may be returned automatically to your KDP Maker credit balance. That restores usage inside the product. It is not a refund of your subscription or card payment.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer, we may suspend the account until the dispute is resolved. Contact us first so we can help with billing questions.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. If a compulsory cooling-off or refund right applies to you, we will honor it. Where you request a digital service to start immediately and acknowledge that you lose a withdrawal right, that acknowledgement applies as permitted by law.
